Returns
Because many of our products are food, personal-care, and small-batch handcrafted items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Honey and other food products
- Soy candles
- Lip balms
- Cuticle balms and salves
- Body or skincare products
- Other opened or used personal-care products
Bee-Inspired Goods (Made to Order)
Our notebooks, tote bags, wall clocks, garden flags and other bee-inspired goods are printed just for you by our production partners, so they can't be returned or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Digital Products
E-books, guides, planners and printables are delivered instantly, so all sales are final and they can't be refunded after purchase. If you have trouble downloading your file, please contact us and we'll help.
Gathered Goods
Gathered Goods are pre-loved, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each one is cleaned, inspected and described honestly, including its condition, so all Gathered Goods sales are final. Please look over the photos and description, and ask us any questions before you buy.
Subscriptions & the Honey Share
Cancellations and refunds for subscriptions and the 3-Month Honey Share are covered in our Cancellation Policy.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. We may ask for photographs of damaged products and/or packaging so we can resolve the issue.
