Raw Honeycomb — Cut Comb (Coming Soon)

Raw honeycomb is honey in its most natural form…untouched, unfiltered, and still sealed in the wax cells the bees built themselves.

Our honeycomb is carefully cut from healthy, well-managed hives and placed directly into round cut-comb cases to protect its structure and flavor. Each piece reflects the season, forage, and landscape that produced it & no two are ever identical.

Honeycomb contains raw honey, beeswax, pollen, propolis, and trace nutrients exactly as the bees intended. The wax is completely edible and can be enjoyed as-is or chewed like gum.

Because honeycomb depends entirely on hive strength and surplus, availability is very limited and offered only when harvest conditions allow.

Flavor & Texture

Honeycomb flavor varies by season and forage; expect floral, herbal, or lightly citrus notes depending on the bloom cycle. Texture ranges from soft and delicate to richly structured.

Crystallization may occur naturally and is a sign of raw honey quality.

How to Enjoy

• Spread on warm toast or sourdough
• Pair with cheese and fruit
• Spoon directly from the comb
