Crystallized Raw Honey | Thick, Spreadable & Small Batch

Honey You Can Spread, Scoop & Dollop 🐝

This is our same raw, unfiltered honey, straight from our hives, that has naturally crystallized into a thick, grainy, spoonable texture. Nothing was added and nothing was taken away. Time and the honey's own natural sugars did all the work.

Some people see crystallized honey and think something went wrong. We think it's one of the best ways to enjoy honey, and plenty of our customers actually prefer it.

Why Crystallized Honey?

• Stays where you put it. It spreads on warm toast, biscuits, sourdough and English muffins without running off the edges and onto your plate. The warmth softens it as you spread.
• Easy to scoop. Just dip in a spoon or knife and take what you need. No drips down the side of the jar, no sticky counters, no chasing a runny drizzle.
• Perfect for toppings. A spoonful sits beautifully on yogurt, oatmeal, ice cream, pancakes and fruit, so you get pockets of honey in every bite.
• A satisfying texture. You can feel the natural honey crystals, which slowly melt on your tongue.
• Just as raw and natural. Crystallization is a sign of real, minimally processed honey. It keeps all the character of our small-batch harvest.

Is Crystallized Honey Still Good?

Absolutely. Honey crystallizes naturally over time, and raw honey that hasn't been ultra-filtered or heat-treated tends to crystallize sooner. It's not spoiled, and it hasn't gone bad. It's simply honey in a different form.

If you ever want it liquid again, place the closed jar in a bowl of warm (not hot) water and let it gently loosen. Gentle warmth keeps your honey at its best.

Limited Batch

We only have a handful of crystallized jars available in 13 oz and 1 lb sizes. Once they're gone, they're gone until the next batch sets.

Color may vary. Because this is raw, small-batch honey, the color and texture can vary from jar to jar and may look a little different from the photos. Shades range from pale cream to warm golden, depending on the season, what our bees were foraging, and how the honey crystallized.
